This recipe is good for 2 dishes, either to make pie or just pudding.
For the cake you need to prepare a pie crust as well.
RECIPE FOR SPIRULINA PUDDING CREME
Meat of a young coconut
4-6 dates, soaked in coconut water
1 cup soaking water
3 TBSP spirulina
2 TBSP cacao or carob (or per 1)
3 TBSP coconut butter
1 TBSP agave
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of vanilla
Cake: Blend, fill into the pie shell and put it at least 5 hours in the freezer to set.
Remove it 10-15 minutes before serving.
Pudding: Blend, pour into bowls and refrigerate to let it set to pudding-like consistency.
Decorate with coconut flakes.
